Jobu's Law
Internal Charter & Governance Framework
ARTICLE — PURPOSE
The Jobu Accountability Index (JAI) is hereby established to safeguard the integrity, reliability, and continuity of the organization.
Where standards are declared but not enforced, they deteriorate.
Where enforcement is inconsistent, trust erodes.
JAI exists to prevent both.
The Index provides a uniform, cumulative, and auditable structure for evaluating conduct, identifying patterns of failure, and correcting deviations from established standards.
JAI shall operate according to the following principles:
- Conduct shall be measured by pattern, not isolated incident.
- Enforcement shall be structured, not emotional.
- Accountability shall be documented, not discretionary.
- Correction shall be permitted where demonstrated through sustained compliance.
- Integrity shall supersede status.
The Index is not punitive in purpose.
It is protective in function.
It shall not be used for humiliation, retaliation, or personal grievance.
It shall be applied consistently, proportionally, and privately.
Where members uphold their word, fulfill commitments, and respect structure, the Index remains dormant.
Where repeated breach, erosion of trust, or structural threat is observed, the Index activates.
The preservation of standards is the preservation of the mission.
The preservation of the mission requires enforcement that is predictable, documented, and impartial.
This Article formalizes that enforcement.
ARTICLE I — ENFORCEMENT & PROHIBITED CONDUCT
§1.1 Intellectual Property
Members shall not:
- Steal, copy, or reproduce protected work without consent
- Misrepresent authorship
- Lay false claim to ownership
- Obscure attribution to avoid credit
Proper attribution is mandatory.
Violation constitutes grounds for removal.
§1.2 Exploitation & Bad Faith
Members shall not:
- Advance themselves through deception
- Extract value beyond agreed terms
- Manipulate asymmetric information within the community
- Manufacture urgency to exploit others
Agreement without clarity is negligence.
Clarity without honesty is fraud.
Both are violations.
§1.3 Predatory Conduct
Skill advantage is acceptable.
Predatory conduct is not.
Members shall not:
- Target inexperienced individuals for extraction
- Use private access for undisclosed personal advantage
- Weaponize influence for coercion
Patterned predation results in removal.
§1.4 Misrepresentation of Affiliation
No member may:
- Imply guaranteed returns
- Claim insider immunity from risk
- Present themselves as official authority without designation
False representation constitutes immediate review.
§1.5 Conduct Among Members
Members shall conduct themselves toward one another with maturity and restraint.
Any prior disputes, outside drama, or unrelated personal conflict shall remain outside this association.
This community is not a continuation of old grievances.
Given the caliber and character expected of members, the presumption shall be that disagreement arises from misunderstanding — not malice.
Before escalation, members are expected to:
- Clarify intent
- Communicate directly where appropriate
- Seek resolution in good faith
- Separate ego from substance
Caddiness, passive aggression, faction-building, or grievance retention undermine structural integrity.
Disagreement is acceptable.
Personalization of disagreement is not.
Members are encouraged to forgive minor offense, resolve misunderstandings, and move forward without ego attachment.
If conflict materially affects the integrity of the group and cannot be resolved privately, it may be referred to Tribunal under Article IV.
This association values strength — not fragility.
Resolve quietly where possible.
Escalate only where necessary.
§1.6 Sponsorship & Tier Responsibility (V1 / V2)
Structure
V1 Holders represent foundational membership status.
V2 Holders enter through sponsorship.
Sponsorship is a responsibility — not status.
§1.6.1 Role of V1 Holders
V1 Holders are expected to:
- Uphold the integrity of the Charter
- Lead by example in conduct and discipline
- Model good faith and maturity
- Prevent exploitation within their sphere of influence
- Provide guidance without manipulation
V1 status does not grant immunity.
It increases accountability.
§1.6.2 Sponsorship Standard
A V1 Holder who sponsors or endorses a V2 Holder affirms that:
- The individual aligns with Charter principles
- The individual does not demonstrate predatory behavior
- The individual is capable of operating in good faith
Sponsorship is an endorsement of character — not merely competence.
§1.6.3 Accountability Chain
If a V2 Holder engages in patterned misconduct:
- Tribunal review applies to the V2 Holder
- The sponsoring V1 may be reviewed for negligence if sponsorship was reckless or knowingly improper
Negligent sponsorship undermines structure.
Intentional sponsorship of bad actors constitutes violation.
§1.6.4 Sponsor as Primary Point of Contact
The V1 Sponsor serves as the primary point of contact for their V2.
Sponsors shall:
- Provide initial guidance
- Clarify expectations
- Attempt first-line resolution of minor issues
Sponsors are not guarantors — they are stewards.
Escalation to Tribunal occurs only when necessary.
§1.6.5 Standard of Leadership
V1 Holders shall not:
- Use sponsorship to build factions
- Use tier hierarchy for social dominance
- Weaponize influence over newer members
Leadership is measured by restraint, not control.
Influence is stewardship, not leverage.
§1.6.6 Removal & Review
A V1 Holder who:
- Repeatedly sponsors destabilizing individuals
- Abuses tiered authority
- Acts inconsistently with Charter expectations
May be subject to tier review or removal of V1 designation.
Tier status is earned and maintained — not permanent entitlement.

Membership carries visibility.
Visibility carries risk.
Members shall exercise discretion publicly.
§1.7.1 No Target-Seeking Conduct
Members shall not:
- Broadcast account balances or profit screenshots
